Natasha Shulman

Natasha believes in taking time for introspection and accepting life’s messiness and imperfections. Her unique coaching style creates space for individuals and organizations to be creative and playful as they explore how to live and work with authenticity, intention, and purpose. As clients identify a meaningful path, Natasha supports a holistic integration process and is an ongoing accountability partner. She specializes in executive and life coaching, mentoring, curricula development, project management, impact evaluation, and training.
Natasha has worked in the economic development arena for more than 20 years. She has been a lead project manager, trainer, coach and evaluator on several national initiatives for such clients as First Nations Oweesta Corporation, NeighborWorks America, United Way, and American Academy of Pediatrics. She has also authored financial education and training curricula to build skills within Native and ethnic communities, such as Building Native Communities: Financial Coaching with Families, Building Native Communities: Financial Skills for Families, Reaching the Immigrant Market: Creating Homeownership Opportunities for New Americans, and Creating Successful Partnerships in Indian Country. Natasha has experience with all aspects of the curriculum development and project management process.
Prior to consulting, Natasha worked for First Nations Development Institute as Associate Director of Training and Development. She was also a Vice President with Bank of America and managed the rollout of the new Bank of America brand across 36 countries. While at Bank of America, Natasha managed emerging market development across the Northwest and designed several system-wide initiatives, including the Language Certification Program, diversity training, and the Bank of America Mentoring Program.
Natasha is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and received her coach training through Leadership That Works. She is also a certified Daring Way and Rising Strong facilitator. She began her career by studying microfinance in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Chicago.
